Conditions of Sale

Price
The prices payable for the goods are those set out in this website at the time of your order. Prices may be changed from time to time. You may be required to pay extra for delivery, and some additional taxes may also apply. You will be informed of the total purchase price for your order before being asked to confirm it.

You must pay for the goods in advance by using an accepted debit or credit card an acceptable alternative.

Delivery of goods
The goods will be delivered to you at the address you supply at the time of ordering. The goods will be delivered as soon as possible, but we cannot guarantee delivery within any particular time. Our estimated delivery times are as follows:

UK, USA and Western Europe 1 - 2 working days

Canada and Eastern Europe 2 - 3 working days

Outside Europe 3 - 6 working days

Goods ordered through this website can be delivered to almost any address in the world. We will notify you by email in the unlikely event that the goods you order cannot be delivered to your address.

All goods ordered through this website are delivered by DHL or carefully chosen delivery contractors.

Property in goods
Property in the goods will pass to you when they have been delivered to you. Following delivery, the goods will be at your own risk and neither we nor DHL or other carefully chosen delivery contractors will be liable for their loss or destruction.

Damaged and defective goods
If the goods delivered to you are not what you ordered, are of an incorrect quantity or are damaged or defective on receipt, neither we nor DHL or other carefully chosen delivery contractors will be under any liability to you unless you notify us within seven working days of the day after you receive the goods.

If you notify us of a problem within this time limit, DHL’ s and our only obligation will be, at our option, to make good any incorrect delivery or to replace any damaged or defective goods.

This clause does not limit your rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 ( UK) to cancel your purchase (see below).

Cancellation
You have a right to cancel your purchase under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 ( UK). You may cancel your purchase by notifying us of your wish to do so before you receive the goods or within seven working days of the day after you receive the goods.

If you cancel your purchase you must return the goods to the supplier at your expense within 15 working days of cancelling your purchase or receiving the goods, whichever is later. When the supplier has the goods back in their possession, you will receive a full refund of any money you have already paid for the goods and their delivery to you, provided that we may withhold any expense the supplier may incur in recovering the goods from you.

Availability
All goods advertised on this website are subject to availability. If due to unavailability you have not received the goods you order within 30 days of the day after you submit your order, or such longer period as may be stated on this website, we will notify you of the unavailability and cancel your purchase. You will receive a full refund of any money you have already paid for the goods and their delivery to you.

Replaced and re-supplied goods
For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions above relating to cancellation and availability will apply, with the necessary modifications, to any goods replaced or re-supplied under the provisions above relating to damaged and defective goods.

Exclusions and limitations
To the fullest extent permitted by law, and except as may be otherwise agreed between you and the relevant party, we (as between ourselves, our officers, employees, sub-contractors and advisers, and you):

(a) exclude all representations and warranties relating to the goods advertised on this website and their delivery;

(b) exclude all liability for damages arising out of or in connection with the delivery of, and your use or purchase of, such goods. This includes, without limitation, direct, indirect, consequential and compensatory damages; and

(c) to the extent the exclusion in the preceding paragraph is ineffective or invalid, limit our respective liability for such damages to a maximum of £100 per occurrence or series of related occurrences.

The representations, warranties and liabilities excluded and limited above include, without limitation, representations, warranties and liabilities relating to the merchantability, fitness for purpose and compliance with description of any goods advertised on this web site.

Statutory rights preserved
Nothing in these terms and conditions:

(a) affects any of your statutory rights that may not be excluded or limited; or

(b) excludes or limits our liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.

Force majuere
We will have no liability to you for any failure or delay in complying with any of our obligations under these terms and conditions that is caused by any event or circumstance outside our reasonable control.

Amendments
Any amendment to these terms and conditions will be ineffective unless it is in writing and signed by you and us.

General
These terms and conditions are governed by, and will be construed in accordance with English Law. By confirming your order you consent to these terms and conditions and to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Law in all disputes arising out of the sale of the goods. If any provision of these terms and conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable for any reason, that provision will be severed from these terms and conditions and the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

Entire agreement
These terms and conditions comprise the entire agreement between you and us for the sale of the goods.
